Job description
- Legal review, drafting and negotiating different types of international contracts (more than 50% of your time).
- Providing sound and pragmatic advice to the business.
- Working on a wide range of legal topics and legal questions as they arise across the business, such as data protection, procurement matters, litigation, policies, different projects, etc.
- Supporting the company in its everyday and periodic operations.
Profile
- Master in law (civil law).
- Willing to handle a wide variety of work including but not limited to commercial contracts.
- Experience in an international environment with a focus on commercial contracts, ideally gained in Luxembourg. Experience in Luxembourg law is not requested.
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch
- Common sense and positive attitude.
