We reply to every candidate. Your CV will be screened by the managing director and assigned to a relationship manager who matches your knowledge, experience and skills with current job opportunities. We reply to every candidate. Personal interviews are scheduled regularly to discuss opportunities or your career path with a view to future possibilities.

How does the recruitment process work?

We always start with an in-depth intake interview with the client, in which the job content, skills and competencies sought, as well as the culture and future vision of the company, are discussed in detail. Then we create the desired skill profile and the text of the job offer.

Next, we screen several databases for good matches with the skill profile. This generates a longlist of possible candidates whom we contact and interview extensively until we arrive at a shortlist of the most highly recommended and motivated candidates, which is then presented to the client.

In most cases, the client has one or more interviews with the candidates until the right match is found, the two parties agree on the employment conditions and the contract is signed.

We support and coach both the client and the candidates throughout this process.

Clearly that depends on the difficulty level of the assignment. To recruit a permanent employee, we aim to present the shortlist within five weeks of receiving the assignment. For freelance or temporary assignments, the process is completed within a few days.
